 Udall Renovations Ltd is a family-run construction company built on experience, craftsmanship and trust. Founded and led by Lloyd Udall, the company represents a lifetime spent in and around the building industry and a genuine passion for creating exceptional homes.  

Lloyd began working on building sites at just 15 years old and never looked back. Learning his trade by subcontracting for respected high-end building companies and working alongside long-established craftsmen, he developed a strong understanding of both traditional and modern construction methods. Starting out specialising in plastering, he quickly expanded his skillset across every aspect of construction. Today, Lloyd is recognised as an experienced all-round builder with a particular eye for detail and a reputation for exceptional workmanship.  

After years of hands-on experience and building a strong reputation locally, Lloyd established his own company in 2019. The quality of work and client relationships quickly gained recognition, leading to the formation of Udall Renovations Ltd in 2023.  Since then, the company has carried out projects throughout Somerset and Devon, working on everything from traditional cottages and family homes to multi-million-pound properties, National Trust buildings and heritage sites. We are equally comfortable renovating a character farmhouse in the countryside as we are delivering a modern extension or full internal renovation.
 

 Family is at the heart of our company. Lloyd works closely with his father Adam Udall, who himself has over 35 years of experience on the tools. Adam is a meticulous carpenter and an exceptional painter and decorator, as well as a highly experienced all-round builder. Together, we combine traditional values with modern building practices to deliver projects to the highest possible standard.  

Our approach is simple: every project receives the same level of care, organisation and attention to detail regardless of size. We work closely with architects, designers and building control to ensure all work complies with planning permissions and building regulations, while maintaining a smooth and transparent process for our clients.
